Shipping Information

For our customers within the United States:
Shipping charges are for UPS Ground and are based on Published UPS Ground rates and restrictions.

If you need EXPEDITED SHIPPING, please call our office to discuss if we have the inventory to meet your needs and what arrangements can be made.

There is a $2.25 handing charge attached to each order.

We ship within 7-10 days of the order received.

For our International customers:
We can ship UPS Worldship or USPS Global Priority.

Breakage
Please contact us should you receive something broken at (818) 843-1186.

Returns
Shopworn, priced, or used merchandise not in the original container or merchandise over 30 days old (from invoice date) may NOT be returned. Unacceptable returns will be returned at your expense or destroyed. Acceptable returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shortages must be reported within 5 days after receipt of merchandise. Please check carton and packing materials carefully as small items can easily be overlooked. Please pack returned merchandise carefully as returned items must be received back in salable condition (including any original outer boxing ) for credit to be issued.
